Parcela provides parcel intelligence and zoning analysis tools for NYC properties. During the beta period, access is invite-only and the service is provided free of charge. The service is currently for demonstration and evaluation purposes.

Parcela shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. The service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for legal, financial, or professional decisions.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate information, Parcela makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any parcel data, zoning information, or AI-generated insights. Always verify critical information with official sources.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
